Instructions for Use
- Remove the inner liner from the outer shell.
- Close the inner liner using the Velcro provided.
- Insert the inner liner back into the outer shell, ensuring the pull tabs are positioned on the outside.
- Install the MOLLE straps by threading them through the slots on the tourniquet quick-deploy sleeve.
- Ensure all components are securely attached and ready for use.
